We are seeking two enthusiastic Workforce Support Officers to join our People & Culture team. These full-time opportunities play a vital role in supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration activities across the organisation. Flexible job share arrangements will be considered for the right candidates.
Working closely with the Recruitment & Onboarding Team, you will coordinate recruitment activities, prepare employment documentation, manage pre-employment screening requirements, maintain workforce records and provide high-quality customer service to managers, employees and applicants. You will play a key role in supporting workforce operations while ensuring compliance, accuracy and confidentiality at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
About You
You are a proactive and customer-focused professional who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a professional and approachable manner.
You will bring experience in administration, customer service, workforce administration or human resources, together with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with HR, recruitment or onboarding systems. Most importantly, you enjoy working collaboratively, supporting others and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
