About the role
The Workforce Resourcing Officer will be a valued member of the Workforce Resourcing team to provide expert advice and knowledge in job design and coordination of end-to-end employee recruitment, selection and appointment and on boarding process. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity:

  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business or working towards same and/or previous experience in a similar position. 
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and rostering systems
  • Strong customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing enquires
  • Strong administrative skills with a proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in health industry would be advantageous, but not essential. 


Employment Type: This fixed-term, full-time opportunity is expected to conclude in June 2025.
