We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Full-time Team Leader for the Non-Admitted Administration. This position is vital for the efficient coordination and supervision of our administrative services staff. You will work closely with the Support Services Leadership Team to ensure seamless daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day coordination and supervision of the administrative services staff.
- Collaborate with the Support Services Leadership Team to allocate duties and provide direction to ensure efficient completion of daily activities.
- Develop and maintain a proactive approach to front-line customer service.
- Create and update procedure manuals to enhance operational protocols.
- Undergo training in both Emergency Departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the tasks undertaken by the team.
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Previous experience in administration or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service.
