This is a Full-time position with the Support Service Administration Team; the Team Leader will be working within Specialist Outpatients clinics.  You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of the administrative services staff.  You will work closely with the Support Services Leadership team assisting with allocating duties and giving direction to staff as required to ensure daily activities are completely efficiently. Develop and maintain an ongoing pro-active approach towards front line customer service.  You will need to have the ability to develop procedure manuals and there an expectation that you will undergo training in these areas so that you have a good understanding of the task that the team are completing.  You will need to be self-motivated and be able to problem solve; you will also be responsible for ensuring adequate leave cover for the departments. This is a great opportunity for someone who is interested in working in leadership as you will be mentored and supported for this period.
