The Staff Rostering Coordinator will be a valued member of the Support Services Tea, The Staff Rostering Coordinator is responsible for the rostering and scheduling of a twenty four hour, seven day a week administration roster for the Support Services Directorate.  The core purpose of the role is to ensure that the roster is efficiently and appropriately filled in accordance with staff contractual obligations and service demand. This role will also be responsible for managing unplanned and planned leave to ensure that staffing levels are maintained across the Support Services Directorate. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

  • Experience working in a rostering environment including rostering allocation, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for availability and filling planned and unplanned leave
  •  Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work confidently and courteously with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal direction.
