The Senior Applications Specialist will be a valued member of the IT team to undertake analysis, maintenance and support services across core business application systems, and system related projects. You will provide specialist expertise to ensure the performance, availability and reliability of ICT Applications. You would be the key escalation point for application queries, and a key conduit between system project implementation and second level systems support queries. You will also review current and future specifications within the applications, reporting back on efficiencies and upcoming projects of benefit to AWH and its end users. 

We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

  • Degree or Certificate IV in Information Technology or related field or currently studying to obtain any of these certifications.
  • Industry certification of ITIL, and related technical certifications relevant to role e.g., TOGAF, Microsoft and other vendor certifications,
  • 5+ years’ experience in similar role in IT / ICT industry, particularly across technology, data, digital processes and security.
  • Proven ability supporting enterprise solutions across applications, infrastructure, and architecture.
  • Demonstrated experience in application architecture and systems design principles and their relevance in delivering a digital strategy and organisational change.
