The Resourcing Officer supports the day-to-day operations of the Staffing Solutions team by coordinating the placement and logistics of agency staff across AWH. This role works directly with AWH managers, agency vendors, and agency staff to arrange temporary staffing, coordinate accommodation, and manage related administrative processes. The Resourcing Officer ensures accurate record-keeping, timely communication, and compliance with AWH procedures. The role acts as the bridge between candidates, agencies, and AWH managers to ensure a strong talent pool is always available to fill vacancies Additionally, the role includes daily management of the People & Culture (P&C) help desk, prioritising and triaging incoming queries for efficient resolution. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity:
- Demonstrated experience in administration, customer service, or workforce support.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good financial literacy, including invoice checking and data entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn HR/rostering systems.
