About the role

The Registered Nurse will be a valued member of the Subacute team to undertake working in a vibrant multidisciplinary team. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

  • Demonstrated a person and family centered approach to all aspects of care.
  • Ability to work as a team with allied health and medical staff.
  • Ability to work within a quality and risk framework
  • Ability to describe and demonstrate the use of evidence based practice. 
  • Australian citizen and working rights in Australia

Employment Type: This is a fixed term part time for 12-months.
