The Registered Midwife - Coordinator Antenatal Clinic will coordinate and support the delivery of a high quality antenatal service as an Endorsed Midwife in the newly established Antenatal Clinic, acting as the coordinator within a supportive regional maternity team. You will coordinate clinic operations, optimise patient flow, and work collaboratively with obstetric and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, women centred continuity of care. This role offers the opportunity to influence service improvement while practising to full scope and strengthening care for women and families across the pregnancy journey.

Requirements:
- AHPRA Registration
- Demonstrated competence in patient centered care and problem-solving skills at an advanced level
- Proven ability to develop and meet operational objectives
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgement in ethical, clinical and management issues.
- Must have Australian Working Rights
