Registered Nurse: Project Manager – Paediatric Outpatient Services
The Project Manager - Paediatric Outpatient Services will lead the planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of expanded and newly developed paediatric outpatient services. The role with focus on reducing reliance on metropolitan tertiary centres by building sustainable regional capability and improving access to care closer to home for children and their families.
This position is central to the successful delivery of the project and will work collaboratively with clinicians, executive leadership, community partners, schools and tertiary paediatric services.

Essential Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
Significant experience in paediatric nursing and/or paediatric service delivery
Demonstrated experience in project management, service development, or quality improvement within a healthcare setting
Proven ability to plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate complex projects
Experience establishing governance structures, risk management processes, and performing reporting frameworks
Demonstrated experience developing or redesigning clinical services or models of care
Strong understanding of integrated and multidisciplinary care models
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across health, community and education sectors
Understanding of regional health inequities and service access challenges
Ability to align service initiatives with state-wide strategic directions
Demonstrated ability to lead change, influence clinical teams, and drive cultural and system improvement
Employment Type: This is a Part Time, Fixed Term for 3 years opportunity.
