About You

You will be a senior human resources practitioner seeking a People and Culture Business Partner (P&C BP) role where you will become a trusted advisor partnering with Operational Leaders, to deliver dynamic workforce solutions that support Albury Wodonga Health's strategic objectives and the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

You will have a high degree of autonomy to provide expert advice and support across workforce planning, employee relations, organisational development, change management, workforce capability, employee engagement and performance management. You will work collaboratively with People and Culture specialist teams, to support the development of high performing, engaged and capable workforce.

You will have a key role in driving organisational effectiveness and building leadership capability by providing contemporary, pragmatic and risk-based workforce advice that aligns with organisational values, legislative requirements and strategic priorities.

 

We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Business, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Significant experience in a Human Resources Business Partner, Senior Human Resources Advisor or equivalent role within a complex organisation.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence leaders to achieve strategic workforce and organisational outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, performance management, workplace conduct and grievance matters.
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation, industrial relations frameworks, enterprise agreements and contemporary HR practices.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting organisational change, workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret workforce data and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Current Victorian Driver Licence and the ability to travel between AWH sites as required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and exercise sound judgement in complex environments.
