About the role
We are thrilled to celebrate one of our team members embarking on the journey of parenthood. As a result, we are seeking a dynamic and visionary Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join us in a fixed-term maternity leave position, commencing Jan/ Feb 2025. This role is ideal for an experienced or emerging physiotherapist passionate about making a difference in Pelvic Health.
Your work will encompass both inpatient and outpatient reviews during the ante- and postnatal phases, with opportunities to expand services across the lifespan. Collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving optimal outcomes. The role includes providing expert care and advice in the maternity ward, delivering education to staff and patients, and conducting outpatient pelvic health reviews. You'll also support, educate, and mentor rotational staff new to pelvic health, with the backing of experienced colleagues fostering a collegial and evidence-based environment.
This position requires exceptional self-motivation, drive, and a passion for pelvic health. Open communication across a vast stakeholder network is essential to deliver cohesive, evidence-based, and connected care.
