About the role

The Clinical Nurse Specialist will be a valued member of the Wodonga Community Palliative Care Team to undertake triage and assessments of people with a life limiting illness in the LGA's of Wodonga, Indigo & Towong.  This role is 24 hours per week, fixed term to 31/03/25, with flexible working hours and days.  We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity:

 

  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work via telehealth and face to face
  • Able to assess palliative issues in the community with curiosity and sensitivity
  • Have a good knowledge of current community services in the LGS's of Wodonga, Indigo and Towong
  • Enjoy working with a wonderful supportive team
  • Desire flexible working times within business hours
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Current Working with Children Check


Employment Type: This is a part time, fixed term, opportunity.
