Our Physiotherapy Team are seeking a positive, skilled and collaborative SENIOR PAEDIATRIC PHYSIOTHERAPIST who is committed to delivering best practice care and motivated to contribute to setting a new benchmark in paediatric physiotherapy across our region. This position is generally based at our Wodonga campus (however may also include intermittent Albury Hospital inpatient or Community Health paediatric review). You’ll join a supportive team that includes other senior clinicians and a rotating physiotherapist, working predominantly in the outpatient setting, with opportunity for daily involvement in our NICU. This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who brings strong clinical expertise, a passion for teaching and team development and a forward-thinking approach to service design. A key component of this position will be contributing to service review and improvement, with the opportunity to drive alignment with current best practice and explore innovative care pathways in partnership with our metro counterparts. You will be required to be highly emotionally intelligent with your communication to enable the ability to communicate to our youngest clients through to their parents and colleagues.
