Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is seeking an experienced P&C HCM Project Manager to lead Phase 2 of our major People & Culture systems transformation.

Following the successful delivery of Phase 1, this role offers a rare opportunity to take ownership of the next phase of our SAP SuccessFactors implementation and help shape the future of how our people experience recruitment, onboarding and workforce processes.

 

About the Role

 

Reporting to the Director, Workforce & Organisational Development, you will:

 

  • Lead a complex, organisation-wide HR systems project within time, quality and budget constraints
  • Coordinate multiple workgroups and workstreams across People & Culture, ICT, Finance and operational areas
  • Establish strong project governance, planning and reporting disciplines
  • Work closely with implementation partners and vendors while ensuring AWH retains ownership of outcomes
  • Champion change and deliver practical, sustainable improvements to employee and candidate experience

 

About You

 

You are an experienced HR systems or HR project professional who:

 

  • Has strong project management capability and thrives in complex environments
  • Brings deep knowledge of HR processes, particularly recruitment, onboarding and workforce lifecycle management
  • Has hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise HR platforms
  • Communicates confidently with stakeholders at all levels and enjoys leading collaboration
  • Is passionate about improving systems, simplifying processes and delivering meaningful change
