We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Safety and Governance Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role is responsible for coordinating national standards accreditation and aged care accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety in care delivery.
 
As a Clinical Safety and Governance Manager, you will collaborate closely with Executive, Advisors, clinical leaders and other key stakeholder to implement and maintain robust safety systems for effective adverse event management and quality improvement. You will play a key role in leading key initiatives across the organization, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

Health related tertiary qualification and relevant post-graduate study and a minimum of 5 years’ experience AHPRA registration or relevant professional membership 

Demonstrated extensive experience in the leadership, coordination and delivery of health service accreditation programs  

Experience in clinical audit programs and data collection and analysis

Highly developed communication, interpersonal and writing skills
