Clinical Lead - Wodonga Adult Community Mental Health.

The Clinical Lead will be a valued member of the Wodonga Continuing Care Team. The Clinical Lead will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight, and Clinical Supervision to members of the multidisciplinary team. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

  • Registered Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists or Psychologists registered with AHPRA, or Social Workers eligible for membership with the AASW;
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment;
  • Sound knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and it's application to practice;
  • Demonstrated experience of working in a community mental health service setting;
  • Demonstrated experience in in providing leadership and clinical supervision.

Mental Health Services at Albury Wodonga Health

AWH is an Area Mental Health and Wellbeing Service, providing mental health treatment, care and support, including delivering Alcohol and Other Drugs services. We deliver 10 specialised community-based programs, along with three acute care services and three facilities dedicated to recovery and rehabilitation. We also provide services supporting families coping with parental mental illness and facilitating connections to carer consultants.
Our Mental Health and Wellbeing teams comprise mental health clinicians with a background in nursing, occupational therapy, social work, and psychology, all of whom have experience in helping people through a range of therapies. The diversity of our service provides a range of experiences for our team and will assist you in expanding and embedding your clinical practice skills.
