About the role
As the Change and Communications Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting Albury Wodonga Health's successful transition to the new Human Capital Management system, SAP SuccessFactors. You will be part of the People & Culture team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager, implementation partner, and key stakeholders to execute change and communication strategies that align with the transformation of our people processes. Your goal will be to support our people through the change journey, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and effective implementation that delivers an exceptional experience for all end users.
Proven experience in people management systems, business process improvement, change management and the ability to influence and foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders are key requirements for this role. Full details can be found in the Position Description.
Employment Type: This is a full time, fixed term opportunity until June 2025.
