About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of data analytics, performance reporting, and business intelligence. You will lead a dedicated team in developing and implementing robust performance measurement frameworks, ensuring that AWH remains at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies that drive operational efficiency and service improvement.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex healthcare data to support informed decision-making at all levels of the organisation.
- Develop dynamic reporting tools and dashboards to provide real-time insights into performance, quality, and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and clinical teams to identify key performance metrics and areas for strategic enhancement.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging data to optimise patient care, resource allocation, and organisational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and governance.

AWH serves as the largest regional healthcare provider between Sydney and Melbourne, situated in the border cities of Albury and Wodonga.
