Albury Wodonga Health (AWH) is seeking a proactive and adaptable Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Division. You’ll work in a small, supportive team that manages invoice processing, statement reconciliation, and payment runs. The environment is currently manual and process-heavy, but there is strong commitment to continuous improvement. This role will suit someone who values accuracy, is adaptable, and brings a proactive mindset. You’ll contribute to day-to-day financial operations while supporting system and process improvement across the team. You'll also assist the VMO Accounts Division and work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager, engaging respectfully with internal stakeholders and supporting audit-ready financial processes.

What you will do

Process supplier invoices in Oracle R12

Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies

Coordinate payment runs and support month-end activities

Maintain accurate records using SharePoint

Liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate financial transactions

Assist the VMO Accounts Division with validation and process enhancements

Support the AP Manager and contribute to a respectful, high-performing team
