Mental Health Clinician – Older Persons Mental Health Service (OPMHS) - Make a Meaningful Difference in the Lives of Older Adults

About the Role

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will play a key role in delivering specialist mental health care through comprehensive assessments, care planning, therapeutic interventions and ongoing case management. You will work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers and healthcare professionals to achieve positive recovery-focused outcomes.

About You

We are seeking clinicians who demonstrate:

• Advanced clinical skills in mental health assessment, risk assessment and the delivery of therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication, case management and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
• A commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred care.
• Enthusiasm and motivation to be part of a specialist service supporting a highly rewarding consumer group.
• The ability to build strong relationships with consumers, families, carers and key stakeholders.
