About the Role

Join the ACIS HOPE team as a Mental Health Support Officer and make a real impact in the lives of people experiencing mental health and suicide related challenges. You’ll provide focused psychosocial–spiritual support, work alongside clients and families throughout their recovery, and collaborate with community services to ensure safe, coordinated and meaningful care.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years’ experience, or 2 years plus Certificate IV in Mental Health.

  • Experience supporting people with mental health and suicide-related challenges.

  • Strong Trauma-Informed and Recovery-Oriented practice.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.

  • Confident, accurate documentation skills.
