About the role We are looking for a new Graduate/Grade 1 Social Worker to join our dynamic team. This is a rotation position based within the Allied Health team working across both Hospital campuses. The successful applicant will work closely with medical, nursing and other allied health professionals in an interdisciplinary capacity to ensure optimal person-centered healthcare is achieved. The new graduate will have the opportunity to join the Allied Health graduate program which provides monthly clinical education. this is also supported by regular supervision. The successful applicant/s will provide high quality Social Work service provision and will work as part of the wider clinical team to optimise patient flow and facilitate suitable care pathways into and out of the health service. Flexible hours required including some weekend and/or public holiday work.
