About the role
The Procurement and Supply Chain Officer will be a valued member of the Procurement and Supply Chain Team. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
- Creation and management of purchase orders for non-stocked / non-inventory, including backorders and non delivery of items including order management and requisitioning.
- Work with Accounts Payable to ensure a 3 way match for invoice processing in term of price, product description and quantity.
- Actively supporting the business through enabling purchasing of non-stocked / non-inventory items from preferred suppliers via current contracts.
- Procurement Tasks (Creating and expediting Purchase Orders).
- Goods receipting tasks for received goods and services of non-stocked / non-inventory items.
- Product and Supplier research (finding suppliers, finding products).
- Customer and supplier support (queries and issues).
Employment Type: This is a fixed term full time opportunity.
