The Prevocational Medical Workforce Officer plays a central role in supporting the effective coordination, administration, and development of the junior medical workforce.

This position works collaboratively with clinical and administrative leaders to ensure high‑quality staffing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and a positive experience for interns and HMOs throughout their employment lifecycle.

The position will report to and assist the Manager of Medical Workforce in the coordination of the overall management of the Intern and HMO workforce.
