About the Role

Join our multidisciplinary Community Rehabilitation team and help clients achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals through individual and group-based interventions. Based in Wodonga, you will deliver person-centred care within a supportive team environment.

The role includes involvement in a range of community rehabilitation programs, including cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation and falls prevention rehabilitation. Telehealth experience is desirable.

You will work alongside Allied Health Assistants, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists,  fellow Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists and Social Workers, with strong professional support from the Physiotherapy Department and opportunities to expand your clinical experience across AWH.
