Join Our Pathway to Acute Practice Program!

Albury Wodonga Health is excited to announce our innovative Pathway to Acute Practice (PAP) Program, designed to strengthen and expand our nursing and midwifery workforce. This program is perfect for Enrolled Nurses looking to work in or transition back to acute practice after time away from the hospital setting. 
In this structured program, the successful candidates will experience professional growth through a comprehensive orientation, paid supernumerary time, peer support, clinical rotations and expert guidance. To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, you must:

  • Current AHPRA registration 
  • Minimum 12 months relevant work experience
  • For ENs: Endorsement for medication administration, including the IV Therapy module.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to person centered care 
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster (including mornings, afternoons, nights and weekends).
