About the role
Develop your biomedical engineering career within a supportive team managing critical medical equipment across our expanding health service.
Working under senior engineer guidance, you'll gain hands-on experience with preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and compliance activities across theatres, ICU, emergency departments, and our new cancer center. Comprehensive training in Australian standards (AS/NZS 3551, AS/NZS 3003) and CMMS systems with clear career progression pathways.
We're seeking engineers who:
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Are eligible for Engineers Australia membership as a Biomedical Engineer
- Demonstrate strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Are eager to learn healthcare equipment management
- Thrive in collaborative teams and work autonomously

- Recent graduates launching their biomedical engineering career in healthcare
- Engineers Australia assessed Overseas - qualified engineers with Austrlian working rights, establishing themselves in Australian healthcare
