The Shift Co-Ordinator role is a valued member of the Albury Emergency Department to provide operational oversight of the Emergency Department on a shift-by-shift basis. The role also encompasses non-clinical time to work on strategic objectives and professional development of both yourself and others.

We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity: 

-Current Nursing and/or Midwifery Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioners Agency).  

-Have at least 5 years post registration experience with minimum 2 years post completion of specialty qualification.

-Experience working in a senior clinical role and leading an emergency nursing team. 

-Demonstrated knowledge of departmental KPI's and compliance commitments, and ability to positively influence change in this area. 

-Experience in providing clinical and logistical oversight and complex problem solving skills.
