We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses, including Senior RNs, to join our dynamic and supportive team on Surgical Ward 2.
Surgical Ward 2 is a 30‑bed unit providing high‑quality pre‑ and post‑operative care for both elective and emergency surgical patients. Our specialties include ENT, urology, plastics, general surgery, vascular surgery, and trauma. You will work within a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering holistic, person‑centred nursing care
- Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and escalation of deterioration
- Pre‑ and post‑operative monitoring and management
- IV and CVAD management
- Complex wound care
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support optimal patient outcomes
We are also looking for Senior Registered Nurses who bring strong clinical leadership and a supportive team approach. Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
- A strong surgical nursing background with advanced clinical capability
- Proven Team Leader / In‑Charge experience, guiding colleagues and coordinating patient flow
- A commitment to fostering a positive, safe, and collaborative ward culture
- Exceptional communication skills, building strong, respectful relationships with patients, families, and staff
