The Capital Redevelopment Manager will be a valued member of the Capital Redevelopment Unit to undertake and lead a portfolio of work, projects, initiatives and workstreams to support the successful delivery of the Albury Wodonga Regional Health Project. The project is exciting and dynamic and will be a major achievement for Albury Wodonga Health. We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
- Experience in the hospital environment, change management, operational management and/or project management roles with health.
- Experience in a health care operational setting and/or experience in health care redevelopment.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and stakeholders and overseeing effective change in a health service
- Highly developed negotiation consultation and interpersonal skills range of stakeholders and objectively in decision-making.
- Demonstrated advanced level analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to provide high level influencing, interpersonal communication and negotiating skills with managers and staff.
- Demonstrated experience in policy, planning and/or service development, including analysis and resolution of complex issues.
Experience in major capital redevelopments and transformational change project will be valuable.
Employment Type: This is a full time fixed term opportunity for 3 years with possibility of extension.
