Operations Manager Cancer Services

Albury Wodonga Health's Cancer Service is entering a period of service change and management.

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide steady, capable leadership during this time of transition. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations at the Albury Wodonga Regional Cancer Centre, supporting a passionate multidisciplinary team and ensuring services continue to run safely, efficiently, and with compassion.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the operational delivery of cancer programs across a complex, multi-partner environment
• Support and empower staff through a fast-moving and evolving phase of service development
• Maintain oversight of budgets, activity, and governance requirements
• Foster collaboration and clear communication across teams and partners

 To succeed, you’ll bring:

• Strong operational or health service management experience (cancer care experience a plus)
• Proven ability to lead through change and competing priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• A calm, pragmatic approach and commitment to patient-centred care

About Albury Wodonga Health (AWH)
