The Albury Wodonga Health Operational Service Development Team (OSDT) are responsible for overseeing the successful redesign, implementation of new models of care and subsequent service delivery changes whilst ensuring clinical service continuity for services impacted by the Albury Wodonga Regional Hospital Project (the AWRHP).
The Operational Service Development Project Support Officer, is a key role in supporting the OSDT with high-level administrative, coordination and operational project support to ensure positive outcomes through a critical and exciting phase of transformation at AWH.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualifications in project management, business management or administrative support (certifications or higher).
- Experience within a public health setting, with demonstrated project or administrative support experience for teams.
- Demonstrated exposure to service development, change management, and project implementation, particularly in the context of clinical service delivery in a healthcare environment.
- Experience in data collation and management.
- Strong understanding of confidentiality requirements relating to the management of sensitive data.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills to facilitate consultation, negotiation, and collaboration.
- High level computer literacy and advanced proficiency using Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and other applications.
- Experience in working in a high-pressure environment with tight timelines on project deliverables.
Employment Type: This is a part-time 20-hour-a-week fixed-term opportunity for until January 2028.
