What We’re Looking For:

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing (highly desirable)
  • Experience in mental health nursing (preferred but not essential)

 

Skills & Attributes

  • A compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development

 

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an inpatient mental health setting
