The Opportunity
Are you wanting to break into the acute care/hospital care system from a nursing home or a smaller health service? Do you want more acute experience prior to transitioning into a specialty area? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team in our 9 bed Medical Ward at Albury Wodonga Health.
We are a small dynamic team which cares for an array of patients including medical, surgical, urology, palliative and infectious diseases. We strive to provide patient centered care in a well-supported environment with a small multi-disciplinary team.
We value team work and foster growth as a clinician in our Medical Ward with room for development and education support to upskill. Are you a fit for us? We have a permanent part-time position available!
Mandatory Requirements:
| Eligibility to practice as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, i.e - Current Registration with AHPRA. |
| Demonstrated commitment and ability to practice within a patient centred care environment. |
| Demonstrated ability to work within a team structure in a multidisciplinary environment. |
| Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to improving performance and risk management. |
| Demonstrated ability to plan and manage clinical activities as an EN. |
