About the Role

The Early Career Pharmacist -Mental Health position forms part of the Early Career Mental Health Program for the Victorian Department of Health. The positions are designed to support early career pharmacists in developing their knowledge, skills, and abilities across a range of settings and teams within the adult and older adult services of the mental health and wellbeing program.

In this role, you will work in partnership with consumers, families, carers, supporters, and other service providers to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy and mental health treatment, care, and support. You will receive support from more senior team members, a dedicated pharmacist educator, and a structured learning and development program focusing on growth, reflective practice, supervision, and self-care.

New or recent graduates are encouraged to apply; specific training and development opportunities related to mental health care will be provided as part of the program.

 

Employment Type: This is a full-time opportunity for 18 months.
