The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) aims to provide rostering & recruitment support for all wards across Albury & Wodonga hospitals’ as well as the recruitment to our nursing talent pool within AWH. Such delegations include (but will not be limited to):
- Providing high level administrative support for the workforce team
- Ensure the talent pool roster is completed and communicated within required timeframes.
- Liaise with NUM's regarding staffing issues that may impact on rostering
- Work with the NUM of the Nursing & Midwifery unit to support nursing staff queries
- Ensuring appropriate staffing meets with the operational requirements.
- Working with our People & Culture team to coordinate recruitment for nursing staff.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and the ability to maintain strong working relationships. Prior rostering knowledge would be advantageous, however not essential.
Employment Type: This is a permanent, part-time opportunity.
