Our Critical Care Service is seeking a dynamic Critical Care nurse leader to join our Emergency & Critical Care divisional leadership team. This key clinical leadership role will work alongside our collaborative nursing, medical and allied health leaders in driving innovation, clinical excellence and ensuring the delivery of high quality patient centered care. Applications are invited from experienced and passionate Critical Care nurses who can demonstrate specialist knowledge and clinical skills within the Critical Care specialty. We are currently seeking applicants who meet the following criteria to apply for this exceptional role:
Post Graduate qualifications in Critical Care nursing, desirable at master's level
Minimum of 5 years post registration experience working in large regional or tertiary level Intensive Care Unit
Commitment to providing the highest quality patient centered care that aligns with best practice
Excellent critical thinking, problem solving skills with the ability to lead and drive change
