The Clinical Education Pharmacist - Mental Health position will play a vital role in enhancing the knowledge and skills of pharmacists working within the Early Career Mental Health Program for the Victorian Department of Health. This position is designed to support pharmacists in developing their clinical expertise across a variety of settings and teams in adult and older adult mental health services.

 

In this role, you will be responsible for providing education, training, and mentorship to early career pharmacists and other healthcare professionals. You will work collaboratively with consumers, families, carers, supporters, and multidisciplinary teams to promote high-quality clinical pharmacy services and mental health care. You will be supported by senior staff within Mental Health and the Pharmacy Leadership Team to provide a structured learning and development program that emphasizes growth, reflective practice, supervision, and self-care.

 

Employment Type: This is a fixed part-time opportunity for 18 months (8 hours per week).
