The Clinical Coordinator - Specialist Clinics will be a valued member of the Specialist Clinics team, undertaking the support of efficient and effective operational workflows in the medical-led Specialist Clinics at Albury Wodonga Health. This role is intended to support non-admitted services which aligns with the Perioperative and Surgical Services Directorate, both administratively and clinically. A key focus of the role will be to support the end-to-end referral management processes in Specialist Clinics through the implementation of standardised practices, enabling the organisation to meet key performance indicators.

 

We are actively seeking candidates who meet the following requirements to apply for this exceptional opportunity.

  • Experience in working within a multisiciplinary clinical team and understanding the roles of various team members involved in patient care
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised and skillfully during periods of high demand and across competing priorities
  • Strong collaboration with administration, clinic leads, senior clinicians, allied health professionals and relevant coroprtance support services
  • Ability to be flexible and collaborative, assisting in embedding this new role within Albury Wodonga Health


Employment Type: This is a part time (0.8) fixed term (12 month) opportunity.
