We are seeking an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our dynamic outpatient team on a Level 3 NSW ongoing casual basis. With extended staff leave planned from September, throughout October, and further into 2026, this is a unique opportunity to fill flexible shifts that suit your lifestyle and other commitments. You'll be a valued part of our supportive team, with the potential for ongoing employment opportunities across all areas as an internal applicant.
About the Role:
- Manage a varied caseload including acute sports injuries, post-surgical, hydrotherapy, fracture clinic, and GP referrals
- Contribute as an integral team member, even as a casual, with opportunities for input in service development and ongoing improvement
- Benefit from our modern facilities, including access to a hydrotherapy pool & pilates reformers etc
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent with current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience and clinical expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, including outpatient caseload management and independent care
- Experience supervising junior physiotherapists, students and assistants
- Strong time management, flexibility, and adaptability to pick up patient care midstream
- Excellent communication, team and clinical reasoning skills
