- Registered Nurse Division 1 with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 3–5 years post-registration clinical experience, including demonstrated experience in cancer care or a related specialty
- Postgraduate qualification in oncology or relevant field, or working towards with a commitment to completion
- Demonstrated advanced clinical knowledge and care coordination skills, including the ability to provide leadership, education, and support within a multidisciplinary team
